We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and skilled Severe SEN Tutor to support learners in Corby and the surrounding Northamptonshire area.

Role Details:

• Pay: £30 - £35 per hour DOE

• DBS: Must hold an up-to-date DBS on the Update Service

• Focus: Tailored, specialist support for students with severe SEN

• Location: Corby and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver highly personalised lessons tailored to the complex needs of students with severe SEN

• Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• Implement effective strategies to manage challenging behaviours and support emotional regulation

• Build trust, confidence, and independence through consistent support

• Track progress carefully and provide detailed monthly reports

• Deliver creative, hands-on, and sensory-based activities to support learning and development

• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to education
