• Delivering engaging and structured one-to-one sessions

• Building students' confidence, motivation, and independence

• Managing behaviour calmly and effectively

• Tracking academic progress and working towards agreed learning outcomes

• Providing clear and detailed monthly progress reports

• Incorporating creative approaches, including outdoor learning (such as nature-based activities) where beneficial

• Using visual communication methods when appropriate to enhance understanding
