Job Title: PMLD Support Assistant
Location: SEN School, Lewisham,South East London
Contract: Full-time | Term-Time Only

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PMLD Support Assistant to join our specialist SEN school in Lewisham. You will work closely with pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities, supporting their physical, emotional, and educational development in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with PMLD

• Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs

• Support communication through sensory and non-verbal methods

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement EHCPs

• Promote independence, engagement, and wellbeing in all activities
