Job description

ASD Specialist Teaching Assistant | SEN School | Greenwich

A well-resourced and supportive SEN school based in Greenwich is seeking an experienced and passionate ASD Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team for an immediate start.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils aged 11-19 with a wide range of needs, including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN). Students' needs vary in severity-some are verbal, while others are non-verbal and require personal and academic support throughout the school day.

If you have experience working with children or young people with SEN (particularly ASD), we'd love to hear from you. School-based experience is desirable, but transferable skills from youth work, care, or support roles are also welcomed.
