The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth present a unique opportunity to be part of Substance Misuse Team, part of the Mental Health Division, working across the two boroughs to provide key social work interventions to those who might have care and support need resulting primarily from Substance Misuse but can co- exist with mental and physical health needs.

A key part of your role would also be to support the service in ensuring that primary carers for this service users' group are recognised, informed and supported to remain in their key roles.

In line with social work values, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that social workers in the Team are supported to enable service users to achieve positive life outcomes and contribute to their communities.

This is an ongoing contract to start as soon as possible.
