  • Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment that promotes both academic and personal growth
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, teaching assistants, and other support professionals
  • Participate in wider school life, including enrichment activities and professional development

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualification in SEND education is beneficial but not essential
  • Open to teachers from mainstream backgrounds with a passion for inclusive education

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive daily rate: £200-£250 (depending on experience)
  • Opportunity to help shape a brand-new SEN provision from the ground up
  • Potential to move into a permanent role
  • Access to ongoing CPD and professional development
  • Supportive and committed leadership team
  • A fulfilling role making a real difference to children's lives
  • Well-being support and a collaborative staff culture
