Team Manager - Wirral NHS Community Trust - Intergrated Community Care Team - Up to £45ph!

• Must have sound knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, CHC knowledge and Safeguarding.
• Must be able to undertake HR duties, including leave and sickness of staff. Chair meetings as required.
• Be able to quality assure work from staff work within budget constraints.
• Supervise staff daily and on a monthly basis.
• Ensure duty rota is completed.
• Attend manager meetings as required.
• Deal with complaints in a timely manner.
• Over see DATIX.
• Work with other agencies as required.
