The main purpose of this post will be to prove practical and emotional support to refugees who may have complex needs and are resettling within the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. You will be responsible for offering a supportive and welcoming environment to newly arrived refugee families, providing them with advice and family support to enable them to become settled into their new home and embedded within their local community.
To act as lead professional for the family, working closely with partner agencies and community organisations to come together to develop an effective community support model for families, providing a co-ordinated and integrated package of practical and emotional support to enable the families to adapt to their new life. MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ARABIC
