Qualified Social Worker X2, Family Together Hub, North East London, up to £32ph

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background in Family Together Hub, we want to hear from you.

Main duties include:

  • Holistic approach that addresses the children's needs in the wider family context
  • A relationship with a trusted lead professional who coordinates the support needed from other agencies
  • A multi-disciplinary approach bringing a range of professional skills and expertise in a Team Around the Family (TAF)
  • Practice empowers families and helps them to develop the capacity to resolve their own problems
  • Simple, streamlined referral and assessment processes
  • Prevent needs escalating

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE complete
  • Substantial experience in a Family Together Hub
