Inclusion Teaching Assistant - Southwark

Location: Southwark, South East London
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £95-£115 per day
Contract: Full-time | Term-Time Only

A welcoming and inclusive mainstream school in Southwark is looking for a committed Inclusion Teaching Assistant to support students with additional learning needs across KS3 and KS4.

The Role:

• Support students with SEND (including autism, ADHD, and SEMH) in class and small group settings

• Work alongside the SENCO and inclusion team to implement support plans

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all pupils

• Assist with behaviour support and differentiation of classroom tasks

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with additional needs in a school setting

• Positive, flexible attitude and strong behaviour management skills

• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
