Qualified Social Worker, Adult Social Care, Oxfordshire

2 Qualified Social Workers are needed to join an Adult Social Care team based in Oxfordshire.

You will join a busy team who work in a strengths-based way.

Main duties include:

• Undertaking online, telephone and visits to people in need of Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments
• Dealing with Safeguarding concerns
• Take part of the duty rota
• Setting up support plans to meet the needs of the people they are working with.

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
• Registration with Social Work England
• ASYE completed
• Knowledge of the LAS data base is an important attribute for this role.
