Qualified Social Worker, Adults Mental Health Team, South London, up to £28-£30ph

If you are an experienced Qualified Social Worker with a background in Adults Mental Health Teams, we want to hear from you.

Main duties include:

• Attending Safeguarding Planning Meetings
• Care Act Assessment Referrals
• Supporting First Response Team with Safeguarding Advice
• Emergency Welfare Checks of Vulnerable Adults
• Handling Section 42 Enquiries

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
• Registration with Social Work England
• ASYE complete
• Substantial experience in an Adults Mental Health Team
