We are looking for a driven graduate who is highly ambitious but also has a passionate and caring attitude.

I have a full-time opportunity in an excellent, growing Essex Secondary school with excellent OFSTED ratings and high ambitions for the future. The role is starting immediately and continuing through the 2022/23 academic year. The Learning Support Assistant role is temp-to-perm.

As a Learning Support Assistant your role will involve you assisting with general support throughout the school and within classrooms supporting the learners in the classroom. At times you may also be mentored by a SENCO and taking on 1:1 sessions and booster groups will give you exciting teaching responsibilities.

To be considered for this Learning Support Assistant role you must be a conscientious and motivated individual ideally with previous experience working with children either in a volunteer or paid role and an easy ability to communicate. Your portfolio will include a passionate and exuberant attitude, committed to the well-being of students and the enthusiasm to engage with them in a small group environment. Ideally, the school need someone who is able to think on their feet and cope with a heavy workload. This vacancy is open to those who have the capacity to show complete engagement in their support for mainstream & SEN pupils at the school.
