Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Housing Allocations Administrator for a Local Authority in South London.

The Housing Allocations team do a critical job making offers of accommodation to households who the council have a duty to accommodate. This is made particularly challenging by the fact Homelessness is at an all-time high with overcrowding, a lack of affordability and poor conditions within the housing sector having a negative impact on a significant number of households.
In this fast-paced, reactive environment we are looking for a Housing Allocations Administrator to provide support to the team. This will be a varied role with lots of different duties, but won't just involve paperwork. You will require excellent customer service skills as you engage with particularly difficult queries from customers who are often going through a really challenging time.
You will need to be:
HCPC registered
