Our client Durham Borough Council is looking for a Qualfied Mental Health Practitioner to join their team

Working for D&D Access team, can be based across Durham and Darlington, Assessments of need under the care act, Section 42's, capacity assessments and best interest assessments. Flexible working. 37.5 hours but could be flexible

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completedlocum
