Job Description:

You will work as part of the Youth Justice Service and undertake all duties in relation to transitions young people to probation, Safeguarding young people and managing risk to the community and victims. The candidate will need to be able to write PSR reports, carry out high quality assessments using Assetplus; deliver interventions to reduce the risk of further offending and manage risk of harm to themselves and others. This post requires monitoring of practice and processes, building in close partnership work and will deliver interventions and plans to ensure a seamless transition to the probation service. This posts will require a commitment to work occasional weekends and unsocial hours as and when required. This post will be also be subject to a rigorous interview process.
