The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for leading on the development and delivery (within phases) of a complex long term housing refurbishment scheme from inception to completion within time , cost and quality targets and in accordance with TPC contractual requirements. You will also be responsible for project managing the transition phase (mobilisation / demobilisation) of key service providers for R&M and planned works.

This is an interim role inside IR35.
