About the role

The Transformation Business Analyst will be responsible for delivery of projects within some of our transformation programmes. Successful candidates will take ownership of project delivery, requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management, helping to scope, design and deliver the right change. They will have a strong focus on outcomes and be able to identify and articulate risks and issues in a way that enable the organisation to take informed decisions. They will matrix manage project teams, and draw support from a central team of project professionals to deliver across the organisation. About you You will be able to demonstrate experience of initiating and delivering projects delivery in large and complex organisations. Professional qualifications, or equivalent experience, are required (BCS Business Analysis both Agile and Waterfall, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping or similar). The ability to communicate clearly and develop powerful arguments will be essential for success in this role. You will also bring experience of managing change and working successfully with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes.
