A Primary School in Waltham Forest are seeking a Teaching Assistant with experience with SEN & Behavioural Difficulties to support students on a 1:1 basis with Behavioural Difficulties

The pupil may sometimes express challenging behaviour therefore you must have experience in this area and be understanding and supportive of the student's difficulties

**Applicants must hold a valid Team Teach Certificate

The ideal candidate will:

*Maintain firm boundaries in a calm non-threatening manner

*Be Team Teach Trained

*Work to develop positive relationships

*Give positive and constructive feedback to the child

*Support, guide and nurture the pupil
