Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within Surrey County Councils Leaving Care Service based at Consort House in Redhill.

Case Load:

Supervising 7 PA's as above. Responsible for around 130 care leavers all claiming asylum or former asylum seekers

5 essential requirements for the role:

1. Knowledge of Children's Services processes and regulations for Care Leavers
2. Knowledge and understanding of immigration and Asylum for care leavers and under 18's
3. Child centred and focussed on achieving for children and young people
4. Manage their own KPI's and drive performance in the team
5. Support and develop staff

Any Essential Training required:

Social Work Degree desired, or extensive experience in care leavers teams as a manager

Working from Home Policy:

They are all currently working from home. However office work will resume once COVID restrictions allow. Work from home 1-2 days per week is likely to continue

Is Equipment Provided(eg. Laptop)? Yes - Mobile Phone and Laptop will be provided

PPE requirement and provision: Full PPE is provided and of good standard

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
