Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within Bromley Councils Childrens Safeguarding Team.

Job Purpose

x1 in Safeguarding West and x1 in Safeguarding East - this role is remote, however will include office visits for some meetings and also face to face visits with children/families.

This is a specialist Team Manager role, which includes supporting and managing staff in timely assessing cases for closure, transfer or step down to Early Intervention Services. Staff within this project team, will not be working or overseeing proceedings, PLO cases or even CP. They will be responsible for CIN and taking cases to closure or transfer.

You will need to be:

• SWE registered
• Eligible to work in the UK
