Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within Havering Councils Children Safeguarding Team.

As a Team manager within the Safeguarding you will be required to:

• Ability to manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases
• Capability to support the Group manager in maintaining and developing high standards across the team
• Represent the service in developing key service provision or strategy initiatives
• Provide coaching and mentoring within the team as well as effective case management and high quality written work

You will need to be:

• SWE registered
• Eligible to work in the UK
