Job description

Are you passionate about supporting young people with challenging behavior? We're looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to work with KS2 students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Greenwich.

  • Location: Greenwich
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am- 3:45pm
  • Contract: Long-term role
  • Term Time Only: Enjoy the school holidays off!

As a Behaviour Mentor you will:

  • Provide tailored support for students with challenging behavior on a 1:1 or group basis.
  • Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behavior strategies and personalised plans.

As a Behaviour Mentor you will have:

  • Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behavior.
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
