our client at Somerset council are currently looking for a social worker to join their childrens team.

Experienced QSW required to join the Taunton based Family Safeguarding Team to cover MAT Leave.

Must be able to drive into Somerset to attend appointments. Would suit someone within 90 mins drive of Somerset. All office based work can be completed at home (apart from Visits). Requirement to perform duty in Somerset once every 2-4 weeks.

Somerset will try to be flexible with working arrangements.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
