Our client, Sutton council is looking for a Social Worker to join their Transitions team.

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK

Post-qualified experience
