Qualified Social Worker, Mental Health, £29

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background working with Children in Need, we want to hear from you.

You will be building effective relationship with the Child in question, to ensure a ful\ly integrated and holistic approach.

Main duties include:

  • assessing and planning nursing care requirements
  • organising workloads
  • visiting patients at home
  • building relationships with, reassuring, and listening to and talking to patients
  • combating stigma and helping patients and their families manage it
  • administering medication
  • agreeing and reviewing care plans and monitoring progress
  • giving advice and arranging support for patients, relatives and carers
  • liaising with doctors, social workers and other professionals

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE complete
  • Experience with Children in Need
