Our client Coventry City Council is looking for a Social Worker (Adults) to join their All Disabilities Team.

Assessment under Care Act and support planning for services needed. Knowledge of working with local resources and putting together support in a strength based way.

Knowledge of safeguarding and mental capacity act needed.

Work with adults between 18yrs and to end of life. Knowledge, skill abilities of working with people with learning disabilities, physical impairment and autism required.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
