Looking for experienced staff who can write EHCP's following requests for assessments, update EHCP's following Annual Review meetings, meet parents and schools and chair co-production meetings. Staff for the 1 - 13 team and also the Post 14 team. The latter must have experience of the available pathways for Post 14 young people with additional needs.
