Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Social Worker for the Adolescent Team for Medway Council.

Job Purpose

• 2 years+ experience ideal, but will consider applications from candidates below this who can demonstrate passion for the job and experience from other areas
• Experience and a passion for working intensively with 11-17 year olds.
• Essential to demonstrate within CV experiences of working with Children who fall into the criteria:
  
  These children will be vulnerable to exploitation (CSE & CCE), gang association, experiencing youth violence, domestic abuse, homelessness (JHA) as well as children on the edge of care. The Adolescent Team will be working alongside partner agencies including Early Help, Youth Services, Youth Offending Service, Health, Education and Police.

Full driving licence required

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
