Qualified Social Worker, Children and Families, up to £32.29

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background working with Children in Need, we want to hear from you.

You will be building effective relationship with the Child in question, to ensure a ful\ly integrated and holistic approach.

Main duties include:

Our Corporate Parenting Service pulls together the case work and the provision to focus on permanence for every Looked After Child. We operate a Group Supervision model within each team, called Practice Support Groups (PSG), where children and young people aged 0-18 years are the focus, this has the effect of reducing the transfers and handovers that children and their families hate. The focus on a Systemic Approach, with relationship based social work at its heart, supports social workers and promotes reflective practice. This is a good time to join us.

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE complete
  • Experience with Children in Need
