Position: SIMS School Administrator

Location: Southwark, South East London

Start Date: ASAP start

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the school's SIMS (School Information Management System) database.
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of student data, attendance records, and academic performance.
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to support school management and decision-making.
  • Assist with the enrolment process, including admissions and transfers.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and respond to queries from parents and external agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience working with SIMS or similar school management systems.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
