Our client Sheffield City Council is looking for a Social Worker to join their team.

It is essential the Social Worker is able to use Adult Liquid Logic. Post is working with the MDT at the Hallamshire Hospital. The Social Worker will be required to attend the Hallamshire Hospital to meet with patients when required. We provide a Regional Service so out of city visits maybe required.

We provide an assessment and case management service to adults over 18 who have a physical or learning disability or sensory impairment; this includes people over the age of 65 years.

We are looking for an experienced level 1 social worker, who has experience of working in adult social care setting, good inter-personal skills with the ability to work on your own as well as being part of a team and have proven ability to use IT systems.

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE completed
