Senior Project Manager required to manage one of the three workstreams of the Property Compliance Team delivering special projects to investigate and remedy major structural and fire safety alterations and project manage one-off capital works under the Fire Safety Plus programme.

To work with the Senior Property Compliance Manager to ensure the commercial viability of the Property Compliance Team, ensuring fee earning team members, business/financial targets are met and fees/charges monitored and recovered.

To manage programme of works to ensure contracts are undertaken on time, within budget and achieve agreed Key Performance Targets.

Prepare specifications and tender documentation for one off capital projects.

Design, specify and produce building works drawings and details to conform to all regulations, standards and codes of practice in force at the time, for the purpose of repair council owned buildings.

Act as Contract Administrator for small Projects and Programmes Works contracts to ensure effective contractual and technical monitoring of contractors performance.

Provide accurate information to Leasehold Services to enable statutory Section 20 consultation notices to be issued and liaise with them to prepare formal responses to all queries.

Provide accurate cost data to Leasehold Services for annual service charge billing and investigate and prepare responses to queries of final invoices and preparation of information required to respond to Leasehold Valuation Tribunals where required.

To be responsible for the delegated capital budgets for associated remedial works and programmes.

Take a proactive approach to establishing and leading regular team meetings, one to ones, performance appraisals, and coaching support for all team members.
