Remedy Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic Primary School in the Wandsworth area. They provide a positive and inclusive learning environment by recognising and valuing pupil's strengths to allow pupils to access learning to the best of their ability.

The School and staff aim to engage individuals by providing an Autism-friendly learning environment, a tailored curriculum and interventions to meet the pupil's needs accordingly. Experience of supporting pupils with Autism is essential and experience of working within Early years is desirable.

You will be working with students in nursery through to post 16, if you work within nursery you will need to help children with assisting them to the toilet.

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD & other needs
• Supervising children behaviour
• Encourage and support the pupils learning & development
• Helping the teacher prepare for lessons and plan activities for the pupil
