This unique role focuses on providing low-level teaching for Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) students. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored, low-level lessons to meet the individual needs of PMLD students, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students with complex learning difficulties.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized education plans for each student.
* Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to contribute to a nurturing and supportive school community.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Special Education Needs.
* Proven experience working with PMLD students, with a deep understanding of their unique learning requirements.
* Ability to create and implement differentiated lesson plans to accommodate a range of abilities within the classroom.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
