Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:

  • Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
  • Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPs
  • Cultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
  • Liaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child's holistic progress
  • Take an active role in shaping the curriculum and school culture, with space to lead initiatives and pilot new approaches

Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday - 8.30am until 4pm

Salary: £200 - £230 per day
