Role Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
  • Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals
  • Contributing to EHCP targets, reviews, and personalised learning plans
