SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Greenwich, South East London
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
Hours: Full-time, 9:00am - 3:30pm, Term-time only
Pay: £95 - £115 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a calm, compassionate, and proactive SEN Learning Support Assistant to work closely with class teachers and therapists to support the individual needs of our students. The ideal candidate will bring a flexible and empathetic approach, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside teaching staff to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with personal care, communication, sensory, and mobility needs.
Help develop and deliver individual care plans and tailored learning activities.
Promote independence, life skills, and social interaction in all settings.
Participate in school clubs, enrichment programs, and wider school life.
Contribute to ongoing assessment and feedback, working in partnership with families and specialists.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working in SEN schools or specialist settings (essential).
A calm, compassionate, and flexible attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Educated to at least Level 1 in English and Maths.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
Team player with a strong sense of initiative and a positive mindset.
