What You'll Be Doing:

  • As a SEN Behaviour Support Assistant you'll be providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Down's Syndrome
  • Assisting with daily routines, engagement, and inclusion
  • Supporting personal care and communication where necessary
  • Working across classrooms supporting behaviour management strategies
  • Running small group and 1:1 behaviour interventions
  • Collaborating with SENCO, pastoral team, and class teachers
  • Maintaining detailed progress notes and feedback
