The Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) Primary Teacher for a Long term to permanent role at a supportive and dynamic SEN primary school in Wandsworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed team focused on providing high-quality education and care for children with SEMH.

Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of pupils with SEMH challenges
- Create a safe, nurturing and structured classroom environment
- Work closely with support staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to support pupil progress
- Use restorative approaches and positive behaviour strategies to build trust and relationships
- Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including safeguarding and pastoral support
What We're Looking For :
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- DBS on the update service.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs, ideally within a primary setting
- Strong classroom management and a calm, consistent approach
- A passionate, empathetic and adaptable educator
- Commitment to inclusive practice and collaborative working
