Days and Times: Monday to Friday, 8.45am until 3.30pm

Job Overview:

  • We are looking for a strong SEN Teacher working with children who have ASD and Complex needs.
  • Teaching Key Stage 3-4.
  • Monday to Fridays, 8.45am until 3.30pm
  • Duration: Long term
  • You will be teaching children with difficult behaviour, so experience within this field would be beneficial but not mandatory.

What do they expect of you?

  • Clear, concise methods of teaching.
  • Have a genuine passion for making a difference to SEN children.
  • Proven experience teaching in Secondary school with difficult behaviour (Key stage 3-4)
  • UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) OR 4+ years' experience working within a secondary school overseas.
  • ASD and Complex needs experience
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about education.
  • Driven to improve the education and life choices of young SEN people.
  • Be a positive role model and offer encouragement & promote confidence.
