Location: South West London
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (with the potential to go permanent)
Salary: £160 - £225 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate Science Teacher looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and well-resourced secondary school?
Remedy Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school in South West London for a qualified and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join the team from September 2025. The successful candidate will teach general science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach a specialism at Key Stage 5.
The Role:
Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons that engage and challenge students
Teach across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 delivery depending on experience
Assess student progress and adapt teaching to support all learners
Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and department goals
Take part in departmental meetings, planning, and wider school responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold UK QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have recent experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school setting
Be confident in delivering Biology, Chemistry or Physics at KS3 and KS4
Demonstrate strong classroom management and a commitment to student progress
Be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
