ATTENDANCE AND COVER OFFICER - ENFIELD - SEPTEMBER START

We are currently looking for an experienced Attendance & Cover Officer for September start to manage all issues relating to attendance in the school, improving attendance rates and engaging and support families to fulfil their legal obligations. Organising daily staff cover and providing general administrative support will also be key.

We are looking for someone who has good skills in Excel/email and willing to learn other ICT packages, Experience of SIMS would be desirable although training will be provided.

Discretion, good interpersonal skills, assertiveness and a sense of humour are important and a willingness to work as a member of a collaborative team.
