You will strive to meet collection targets in a challenging economic, social and political environment, whilst responding to the needs of vulnerable residents by providing advice and making the appropriate referrals to support agencies. You will also seek out and identify "good practice" for arrears recovery that can be implemented within the team. THE PERSON - We are looking for computer literate and numerically proficient individuals, with an advanced ability to use Northgate and other office software packages. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the willingness and flexibility to work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and provide cover whenever required.
