Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Rent Arrears Officer for a Local Authority in East London.

Job Purpose

Person needs to be proficient in Northgate SX3 version 6.
Have knowledge and experience of arrears recovery legislation and welfare benefits.
Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
We need a 'job ready' candidate who can work under pressure and meet deadlines in a very busy rents office which receives high volume of calls. You need to be driven, enthusiastic and focused on reducing arrears and meeting our targets.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
