Qualified Social Worker, Children's Complex Safeguarding, Bournemouth
Remedy Social Care team are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in the Complex Safeguarding Team on the South Coast in Bournemouth.
You will have knowledge of the issues relating to the well-being of service users covering a wide range of clients along with previous experience working within Children & Families Safeguarding.
Pay rate: Up to £39 per hour.
Main duties include:
- Initiate, draft & produce reports.
- Record casework and communicate effectively with client groups & professionals to assess client needs.
- Attend & organise case conferences & reviews for the purpose of assessing & monitoring the development of service users.
- Develop person-centred care plans.
- Handle conflict and complaints.
- Participate within a duty team framework.
Essential requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Registration with Social Work England
- ASYE completed
- Experience in a Children's Safeguarding Service
- Car driver essential
