Surrey County Council are looking to recruit a number Qualified Social Worker for their Learning Disabilities Team based in either Guildford or Leatherhead. This role would be suitable for QSW's with experience in the assessment of Mental Capacity and best interests, a knowledge of DoLS and be experienced in arranging and coordinating care packages. You will be required to have a driving license with access to your own vehicle.

Requirements for this role:

• Qualification within Social Care
• Registered with the HCPC
• Completed ASYE if qualified post 2012
• Experience working in a LD Team
