Job description

Qualified Social Worker, Learning Disabilities, Southwest London, From £28-£30ph

If you are an experienced Qualified Social Worker with a background in a Learning Disabilities teams, we want to hear from you.

You will have experience in transforming care along with experience in a complex care management team.

Main duties include:

  • Undertaking assessments of adult clients with Learning Disabilities
  • Completing care plans within agreed timescales
  • Organising care packages for service users and their families
  • Arranging and conducting meetings
  • Attending reviews and tribunal meetings

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE complete
  • Substantial experience in a Learning Disabilities Tea
