Qualified Social Worker - Nottinghamshire County Council - Ageine Well Service - £28ph + Negotiable!

I require Two Social Workers to work within the Ageing Well Flexible Response Service Team. We are a team of Social Workers and Community Care Officers that cover Ageing Well county Wide.

We import work from other teams and pick up project work were where there are pressures and needs to the locality teams. We complete Assessment and support planning work along with Safeguarding Section 42 enquiries.

Equipment will be provided with the hybrid model of working being implemented at this time. (working between home and office). The current FRS home base is Lawn View House in Sutton in Ashfield.

We require workers to start asap with a contract of 3 months in the first instance.
