Purpose of the role:

A social worker with over 4 years qualified experience is required to work in fast paced older adults social work mental health team. The candidate must have experience with complex safeguarding's, a sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Mental Health Act. Needs to be familiar with hospital discharges, and mental health. Also needs to have a sound knowledge of the Care Act.

You will need to be a qualified social worker and have solid adults experience.
